1. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and (if using GitHub OAuth) your GitHub profile information including display name and avatar URL.

Usage Data: We track which MCP servers you install (copy install commands) and reviews you submit. This data is used for analytics and improving the marketplace.

Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store credit card numbers. LemonSqueezy handles all payment data per their privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Send important account notifications
  • Display your reviews and published servers
  • Improve the marketplace through usage analytics
  • Prevent abuse and maintain security

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • LemonSqueezy — for payment processing
  • Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
  • Vercel — for application hosting

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in South America (São Paulo). We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Authentication sessions are managed with secure HTTP-only cookies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are collected server-side without client-side tracking scripts.

7. Children's Privacy

MCPFlix is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or site notification.
