1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MCPFlix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCPFlix is a marketplace for discovering, publishing, and installing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that connect AI assistants to external tools and data sources. We provide a catalog of MCP servers, installation instructions, user reviews, and premium subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using GitHub OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

4. Publisher Terms

Publishers who submit MCP servers to the marketplace agree that: (a) they have the right to distribute the software, (b) the server descriptions are accurate, (c) the server does not contain malicious code, and (d) they will maintain their published servers.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes, (b) submit false or misleading information, (c) attempt to access other users' accounts, (d) scrape or bulk download content without permission, (e) upload malicious MCP servers.

7. Intellectual Property

MCP servers listed on the marketplace are owned by their respective publishers. MCPFlix does not claim ownership of third-party servers. The MCPFlix brand, design, and platform are owned by MCPFlix.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that MCP servers listed will work correctly, be maintained, or be free of vulnerabilities. Use MCP servers at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

MCPFlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any MCP servers installed through the marketplace.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or site notification.
